On March 4th - 6th 2021, the Rincon Heights Neighborhood Association and the Pie Allen Neighborhood Association jointly hosted a series of webinars to discuss the benefits of a Neighborhood Preservation Zone (NPZ), how it would work, and what it would mean for property owners. Property owners and residents alike were invited to join the discussion, learn about the community's efforts thus far and what we can do to preserve our beautiful and historic community.
