The Rincon Heights neighborhood flag, designed by Ryland Plassmann, was adopted by the neighborhood association on May 8, 2023. The original logo design, created by architect Charles Ziehn, who resided in the neighborhood during the 1980s, features right angles (giving a nod to Rincon Heights' use of the Spanish word rincón, which translates to "corner") and depicts architectural motifs of the 1920s. The flag’s prominent color is the same purple as the City of Tucson’s official seal. The white band to the right, referred to as the "fly," functions as a windbreaker and was incorporated into the flag's design to make it recognizable while at rest.
