Rincon Heights Neighborhood Association (RHNA) holds meetings five times per year on the 2nd Monday in January, March, May, September, and November. The January, March, and September meetings are full agenda meetings, while the May and November meetings don't usually involve action items and are less formal; these two meetings focus more on socializing and catching up with neighbors and typically don't have agendas or minutes.
